Overview

Twitter on USSD is a product specially designed for users who wish to keep themselves abreast of latest happenings on the social network.

They may or may not be familiar with the workings of Twitter but surely want to join the bandwagon but they either don't own a smartphone, DO NOT have a data plan on their mobile number or simply don't prefer to use data to access social networking sites.
