All Zamtel mobile prepaid customers are eligible to subscribe for this offer

Customers will be able to access these offers by dialing *422#

Customers will have a choice of daily weekly and monthly offers, valid 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days from time/date of subscription

Benefits (voice minutes, data bundles and SMS) attached to each offer will be valid from the time of subscription until the defined expiry time/date

The minutes/SMS benefit given in this offer will be used to call/SMS any network within Zambia

On-net bonus minutes (to call Zamtel mobile & landline) will only be useable after the "initial minutes" have been depleted.

Customers can subscribe multiple times in day and a new subscription will not cancel the already active 422 benefits.

Roaming calls, international calls and short codes will be charged at applicable rates.

All unused minutes, SMSs and Data for the 24hour/Week/Month period will not be carried forward i.e. if the minutes, SMSs and Data are not used up within the 24hour/Week/Month they will zeroed.

Customers who are active on this offer and want to subscribe to either Family & Friends or Real Mahala tariff will have to forfeit their benefits because a customers can only be active on one tariff at any given time.

If the customer exhausts all their benefits before the validity period has been reached (and have not subscribed again), the customer will be charged for calls, SMSs & data services from the airtime in their main account or any other available wallet.
